Historically, racial and income inequality suggests that there will be an uneven distribution of resources and increased pressures thrust upon Black people and specifically Black adult learners in institutions of higher learning. Black Adult Learners in faith-based organizations are impacted as well. Using a phenomenological study, the authors will examine the influence of racial and income inequality, coupled with the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Black Adult Learners.
Presented by TCSPP PhD Organizational Leadership Alumni: Dr. Sherman White, Dr. Aaron Kimble, Dr. Jerod Lockhart and Dr. Sabrina J-P Jacques.
