Continuing Education

We are approved to offer a variety of Continuing Education certificates. However, not all programs are approved for all types of CE/CEUs. Each program — live or Homestudy — is clearly labeled with the type and number of credits offered. Please click here to view our Approved Provider Status.

Many licensing agencies will accept out-of-state or APA CE Certificates towards continuing education credits. Some states place limits on how many credits can be earned via online trainings. Please check with your specific licensing board to determine the acceptability of the credits being offered.

While we recommend visiting your states licensing board’s website, most licensing requirements can be found here.

Registration

Yes, OCE offers student, alumni, faculty, and staff discounts for most programs. Please email [email protected] with the name of the program for which you would like a coupon code.

Please apply the coupon code in the “Apply coupon” section of your cart prior to checkout.

For most programs, 100% of tuition is refundable up to 48 hours before the program. Within 48 hours of the program, and at any point in Homestudy format, tuition is nonrefundable.

For programs where the refund policy differs, the policy will be clearly stated on the program information page, in the Pricing section.

Once you have selected the program you would like to register for, click the orange “Click Here to Register for This Course” button, found at the top of the program’s information page. You can then either add the program to your cart and continue shopping, or pay from the product page by selecting the “PayPal” or “Venmo” buttons.

Registering for a live event guarantees access to the recording of that event, if the event is being recorded. While many of our partners opt to share access to their recordings via the Office of Continuing Education Homestudy platform, some do not. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

If the program was recorded for Homestudy access, the video recording will be uploaded no sooner than one week (7 days) after the conclusion of the live event. Meaning, if the course ran on Friday, the recording will be posted the following Friday or later.

Accessing Programs

The Zoom link is available to you immediately upon purchase. To retrieve your Zoom link, please follow the instructions below: 

  1. Visit https://tcsppofficeofce.com/my-account/
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Click the “My Courses” icon
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the name of the course
  5. Read through the course information and click on “Lesson” to access the Zoom link and course materials.

The Zoom link will also be emailed to you (to the email used to make the purchase) the DAY BEFORE the program starts as well as the MORNING OF the program.

To view the recorded video, please follow the instructions below: 

  1. Visit https://tcsppofficeofce.com/my-account/
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Click the “My Courses” icon
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the name of the course
  5. Read through the course information and click on “Lesson” to access the Homestudy recording and course materials.

Video recordings are uploaded no sooner than one week (7 days) after the live event date.

Please log into the Office of Continuing Education website again. Our system logs you out after a period of inactivity, so if you are unable to scroll down and see your course(s) listed in My Courses, you’ll need to log back in.

Disclaimer for all programs: Courses may take up to one hour to populate in “My Courses” after purchase. Purchase of a session within one hour of a program start time may not guarantee access to the live session. We strongly encourage registering as early as possible to ensure live session and Zoom link access.

Completing & Earning Certificates

No. Participants must attend 100% of the program duration to receive continuing education credit, per licensing and credentialing regulations.

  1. Sign into your Office of Continuing Education account by visiting: https://tcsppofficeofce.com/my-account/
  2. Click on “My Courses”
  3. Click on the name of the course
  4. Scroll to the lesson and quiz for this session and click quiz (Lesson –> Quiz)

The evaluation password is located in the post-event email, sent out at the conclusion of the live event. Make sure that you are using the password assigned for the evaluation — not your login/account password for the Office of Continuing Education website. The post-event email is sent to those whose attendance is verified and meets the attendance requirements as set by our credentialing and licensing agencies. Passwords are case sensitive.

Please log into the Office of Continuing Education website again. Our system logs you out after a period of inactivity, so if you are unable to proceed with the steps, you’ll need to log back in.
