
Meet our Staff

Dina Glaser, Psy.D., Director, Office of Placement and Training
Dina Glaser, Psy.D. is the Senior Director of the Office of Placement and Training department which also houses the Institute for Professional and Continuing Studies (IPCS). Dr. Glaser is an alumnus of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology's Clinical Psy.D. program. She began her career in University Counseling Centers, and she completed her pre-doctoral internship at James Madison University's Counseling and Student Development Center, her post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Michigan's Counseling and Psychological Services, and her employment as a clinical psychologist at The University of Central Florida's Counseling Center. She has spent several years providing individual and secondary supervision to pre-doctoral and practicum trainees. Dr. Glaser also has a strong interest in prevention and education and has assisted in the development and implementation of outreach on multiple university campuses. She oversees the Institute for Professional and Continuing Studies and is responsible for ensuring all continuing education programming follows the appropriate standards and criteria including the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Dr. Glaser is the Chair of the APA CE Approval Committee and the Chair of the IPCS CE Advisory Committee.

Lida Benson, Interim Assistant Manager, Office of Continuing Education
Lida Benson is the Continuing
Education Coordinator at TCSPP. Prior to coming to the Office of Continuing
Education, she spent five years working with Washington, DC area medical
schools (George Washington University, Georgetown University, the University of
Maryland, and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences) as a
Standardized Patient Instructor. Trained in clinical physical exam maneuvers and
patient communication skills, she held weekly teaching responsibilities with
students ranging from first to fourth years in the Clinical Psychology,
Nursing, Medical, and Physician’s Assistant programs. Based in Los Angeles,
Lida is an alumna of the University of Vermont.
Office of CE Advisory Committee
The OCE Advisory Committee plans upcoming programs, reviews past events, and identifies qualified presenters. The committee is also responsible for assigning presenter honorarium fees and helping to create and review policies and procedures to strengthen Office of CE processes.

APA CE Approval Committee
The APA CE Approval Committee completes in-depth reviews of continuing education programming to ensure it meets the standards and criteria outlined by the American Psychological Association (APA), Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), and California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
