This continuing education course is designed to offer knowledge on the underlying importance of medical cannabis and how it can be integrated into clinical practice as medical cannabis legalization gains momentum throughout the United States and dispensaries open throughout the nation. Morevover, as more states pass medical cannabis legislation, it is important to understand the pharmacology of cannabis, CBD, and various formulations that can affect psychotropic medications and influence medical conditions. This course is not meant to be exhaustive, as numerous strains can be of benefit or interest to populations that psychologists treat.
