Coaching is a valuable process for anyone in any profession or stage of life. During intake, our coaches will determine your goals and timeline and provide the support, mentoring, and guidance needed to meet your goals. 

Executive Coaching through The Office of Continuing Education at The Chicago School offers coaching to professionals who show a desire to grow in their career.

What?

Coaching is a personalized service to assist professionals and organizations reach their maximum potential. All coaches at The Chicago School are industry professionals with strong backgrounds in leadership and expertise in coaching teams and individuals.

The Chicago School’s coaching methods utilize research-based practices to assist clients in recognizing and meeting their goals through client-coach matching, guided goal setting, data and systems analysis, regular coaching sessions and goal tracking, and sustainability planning and follow-up. 

When?

Coaching sessions are set-up on your schedule with your coach. The process begins with an initial (free!) consultation to determine fit, outline goals, and process. 

Where?

Most coaching will occur through virtual meetings. 

Why?

Coaching provides a one-on-one relationship between client and coach allowing for a personalized experience. Coaching allows individuals to improve leadership, optimize performance, address blind spots, address change, and reach goals through support and mentorship.
