Participants requesting participation or continuing education certificates are required to answer all quiz questions to obtain a continuing education certificate.

Please note, once this course is completed an APA Certificate will be automatically generated. If you require an IL IDFPR CEU Certificate it may take up to two weeks to receive via email. Instructions will be provided after the quiz regarding how to request an IL IDFPR CEU Certificate.  

Attendees must receive a passing score of 75% or greater in order to receive CE/CEU credit.

The evaluation will occur immediately after the quiz. Participants may attempt this quiz up to three times.
