This professional presentation will provide training and guidance on creating a successful mental health practice. The presenters cover crucial steps to impact your revenue cycle; including insurance credentialing and contracting and provider enrollment. Providers will understand how to create an efficient credentialing/enrollment process and understand the connection with a healthy revenue cycle. During this workshop, providers will understand CAQH, NPPES, I&A, Availity, ERA and EFTs, and Medicare portal.
In this two-hour training session, you will learn the most important aspects of building and maintaining a successful practice, including credentialing, enrollments, billing, and managing accounts receivable. This training will show you, step by step, how to run an efficient and successful practice.

Anna Wlodarczyk has over 10 years of diverse healthcare industry experience including medical and dental billing, healthcare administration, and financial management. She received her Master’s degree from DePaul University in Public Service Management with concentration in Health Care Administration. Anna works as a practice manager for mental health practice and also has built her medical billing and consulting business. She enjoys helping providers to understand billing and revenue cycle management. Her expertise can help you with accurate and timely billing and is currently preparing for CMRS certification.
Yesenia Servin, CPMSM, PESC
Yesenia Servin is a nationally certified credentialing specialist and healthcare management consultant. Yesenia is the payer enrollment lead with Loyola University Health System in Maywood, IL. There, she manages payer enrollment, briefs payer enrollment team members on industry trends, and is the liaison for the multitude of departments impacting payer enrollment processes. She also maintains her own consultancy, where she helps organizations develop and implement best practices guidelines and processes; analyzes a variety of commercial, private, and governmental claim filings; and manages credentialing processes for network participation agreements. With over 21 years in the healthcare industry, her experience includes Durable Medical Equipment, Hospital & Health Systems, and Community Mental Health Organizations, Global Managed Care organization as well as providing payer enrollment and credentialing consulting services to various healthcare providers and organizations. Yesenia is a current NAMSS member, and is a past NAMSS Educational Conference Guest Speaker, Team Med Global Collaborator, webinar presenter, past and current trainer for The Chicago School of Professional and industry trainer. She studied Microeconomics and Communications at NEIU and is currently studying Healthcare Administration at Concordia University Chicago.
