“Intelligence is traditionally viewed as the ability to think and learn. Yet in a turbulent word, there’s another set of cognitive skills that might matter more: the ability to rethink and unlearn” (Grant, 2021). In his book Think Again, psychologist Adam Grant challenges readers to think like a scientist and expand their cognitive power by thinking again. Using evidence based practices and research to support his ideas, Grant invites readers to embrace being wrong and harness the power of continual growth.

Participants of this book study will learn about the value of rethinking by focusing on opening ones own mind, advocating for others to be more open minded, and creating communities of growth. Through book study and optional discussion, participants are invited to let go of their biases and embrace change.

Homestudy requires completion of quiz and evaluation.

Optional live discussion will be held online via Zoom. Link to access will be provided to participants individually.
