Join us in a dynamic conversation about the Substance Use Disorders and the complexities of struggling with an addiction through the pandemic of COVID. Dr. Tamara Blake will engage in an interview with Dr. Moreno, an expert in the field of Substance Use Disorders.

Dr. Melinda Moreno is a Regional Substance Use Coordinator with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF). She is an adjunct faculty member at the American International College in Springfield, MA. Throughout her clinical career, she accumulated 12 years of substance abuse experience by supporting individuals with opioid disorder, providing clinical consultations and statewide training to DCF staff, and facilitating collaborative relationships between community agencies/organizations and DCF.
