This webinar will focus on how to develop and market to specific niches within the health care system. The program will also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of niche marketing. 

The Use of Social Media to Market Health-Based Professional Services

This session will focus on the use of social media to promote and market health care businesses. Types of marketing and advertising will be discussed along with the positives and negatives of using social media. 

Meet our Presenter

Dr. Marla Stafford

Dr. Marla Stafford is one of the earliest scholars in the field of service marketing and advertising. With over 30 years experience as a marketing dean and professor at various universities (including the University of Nevada, University of Memphis, and the University of North Texas), Dr. Stafford is a leading educator and contributor to the field of health care marketing. Her research activity has been published in over 100 journals, she has featured chapters in over 10 books, and has co-authored 3 books. Dr. Stafford serves on and chairs multiple committees and advisory boards in the fields of advertising and marketing, has won over 50 awards for her work, has appeared as a consultant on multiple news networks and television shows, and is a successful marketing consultant.
