Description: The evolution of human trafficking has been rapidly progressing, turning into a billion-dollar industry. More than ever, children, adolescents, and young adults are vulnerable to traffickers looking to buy and sell at-risk youth into sex trafficking and labor trafficking. We will explore the impact of socio-economic status and culture on human trafficking, along with legislation.  There is a fight to end human trafficking on a global scale; human trafficking is not merely across our borders; it is in our backyard.
