Description: Research indicates that graduate students disproportionately struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. However, most campus efforts at improving students’ psychological well-being are focused on undergraduates. These challenges can be mitigated by normalizing conversations about mental health and implementing targeted interventions with graduate students. This interactive presentation will discuss how to facilitate open communication while exploring protective factors and potential solutions.
