Description: As counselor educators and supervisors, it is important that we prepare future counseling professionals to respond to the needs of clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.  That process includes engaging counselors-in-training in learning environments that expose them to diversity and cultivate an appreciation for the differences among people. This session will explore the process of creating and implementing a holistic and outcome-based plan to enhance diversity and inclusion in a counselor education program.
