The State of Illinois is implementing gender-affirming care to transgender people who are incarcerated in the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are proud that our Governor is demonstrating the importance of this care to our transgender citizens by supporting the pioneering work of outstanding healthcare professionals, featured in our symposium.
